Fleurie Nursery Ltd are currently recruiting for a Stock Control & Sales Manager to join their stable team based in Eastergate, West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a team environment and the next step in their managerial career.

The successful Stock Control & Sales Manager will be responsible for:

·       Managing the stock control team across multiple growing sites

·       Liasising with the sales team and key account managers to communicate the availability of saleable stock and future sales target budgets

·       Ensuring quality requirements and expectations of customers are met

·       To lead the development and introduction of new products

·       To aid in the planning and improvement of production

To be suitable for the role of Stock Control & Sales Manager you should have:

·       Experience in stock management or key account management in a manufacturing industry or FMCG

·       Excellent communication skills

·       IT Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and databases

·       Attention to detail

·       Excellent numeracy skills

·       The ability to change pace where required to complete tasks

·       Industry experience and a passion for garden plants would be ideal, but not essential

On offer is a competitive salary, and a team environment. Please note that the nursery operates 7 days a week and therefore working weekends on a rota basis and answering phone call queries relating to stock control, customer orders and specifications will be required. Generally this is only the case during the peak season March – July.

Fleurie Nursery is easily commutable from: Chichester, Bognor Regis, Arundel, West Sussex and the A27 Corridor.
